Home Inspection

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of the home.

It is intended  to assist  in the evaluation of the overall condition of the home. The inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and it's components on the date of the inspection, and not the prediction of future conditions.

A home inspection may not reveal every condition that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the day of the inspection.

InterNACHI inspectors are certified and trained by the International Association of Certified Home inspectors, the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors. InterNACHI provides it's members with accredited training and education, expert advice and peer support. Our standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your report will include our findings of any material defects we discover in an eassy-to-read format. We will also provide any recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement . And our job isn't finished until you understand everything in your report!
